Mobivan is committed to delivering your orders in a safe, secure, and timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we manage deliveries, charges, timelines, and related information.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
2. Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
4. Shipment Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” section on our website.
5. Delays & Non-Delivery
While we try to ensure on-time delivery, certain situations may cause delays:
Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
Customer not available at delivery location
Delivery restrictions in your area (e.g., lockdowns or remote PIN codes)

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please:
Take clear photos of the package/product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll investigate the issue and offer a resolution—replacement, refund, or resend—based on case review.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Mobivan ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
