Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Please contact us quickly so we can cancel or make changes. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

I didn’t receive my invoice. How can I get it?

You’ll receive an invoice automatically on your email after the order is placed. Didn’t get it? Drop us a message and we’ll send it again.

I ordered the wrong product — what now?

If it’s not yet shipped, we can cancel or change it for you. If it’s already delivered, don’t worry — check our return policy or get in touch for a solution.
