Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Products sold under clearance or marked as non-returnable.

Screen cleaning kits or hygiene-related items once opened.
Return Process:

Our support team will verify your request and provide return pickup instructions.

After verification, we’ll schedule a pickup. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for safe transit.
Note: In rare cases where pickup is not serviceable in your area, we may request you to self-ship the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the refund is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us at info@mobivan.in.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product shipped.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item. For exchanges, please contact our support team with images of the received product.
All the approved exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 business days
